Shipping & Returns

Domestic Shipping

We offer a variety of different shipping methods for our customers to choose from during the ordering process. Shipping and handling costs are automatically calculated and displayed before you finalize your order. Most of our domestic orders are shipped via UPS and USPS.

To avoid delays in shipping, Please select the proper delivery method based upon your location. Delivery times vary depending upon the shipping method chosen.

We pride ourselves on shipping orders quickly. Most orders received by 11 a.m. Pacific time will be shipped within 48 hours unless there is a back order. On occasion there is a manufacturer or distributor back order on a product that is beyond our control. If this is the case and you have ordered more than one item, we will hold your order until it is ready for delivery. In the event that an item you have ordered will take us longer than 8-10 days to obtain, we will notify you by email. If you need a product right away, and cannot wait for the whole order to be shipped together, let us know by phone or e-mail and we will get your order to you when you want it. If you request to receive a order in partial shipments, you will be responsible for the cost of each shipment.

International Shipping

Our Company assumes No Responsibility for orders shipped to foreign countries. When you place your order with us, you are assuming all Risks for Lost, Stolen, Delayed or Impounded Orders. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country.
When you place your order, you are Agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. We do not accept credit card purchases from International countries. You may add the items of your choice and save them to your shopping cart. This will allow you to see whats available for purchase. You can then contact us for wire transfer information. Once the funds have been deposited into our account, we will process your order. Please Note: The availability of the items you are attempting to purchase may change in the course of time that has passed while wire transferring the funds. Our site is on a first come, first serve basis.
Laws are different in every country and we cannot monitor them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country. At this time, we are only able to ship to those countries made available under our Shipping Menu.
If the package is lost, stolen or seized by Customs - for any reason - and we do not receive the package back, we will Not issue you a refund. Foreign packages that are lost or stolen will not be refunded. If we do receive the package back after being seized, you are still responsible for the shipping charges.
You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply. We do not collect any duties or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your country. We report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form.
The description of the package contents on the Customs form, usually reads: " Supplements - For Personal Use Only."

Returns & Exchanges

Our company prides itself on offering quality merchandise. If you are not happy with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition within 7 days (regular consumer) and 3 days (retailers/wholesalers) and we will provide you with a full refund, less shipping costs. Exchanges are also valid within 7 days (regular consumer) and 3 days (retailers/wholesalers). We will exchange the product for the another color or size, but it must be the same style that's returned for the exchange, or another product of the same value.

How do we recognize who is a Retailer & Wholesaler?

Retailers & Wholesalers are recognized by purchases exceeding 6 pieces or more of each individual item. If in California, a Resellers Tax ID validates you as a Retailer & Wholesaler.
